There are many small things that we do in order to strive for total customer satisfaction. First and foremost, we make sure that every customer interaction is friendly and personal. But beyond interacting with our customers there are many small things that we would like to share with you here.


When you decide to hire Yellow Finch Carpet Cleaning to clean your carpets or area rugs we add you to our highly effective software tailored to the customer experience. Shortly after getting off the phone with one of our staff members you receive an email and text message confirming your appointment time and details. Two days before your appointment you receive an email reminder and helpful instructions on how to prepare your home for your appointment. The day of the appointment you receive a text message notification when we are on our way, and once the job is complete you receive an email with either a receipt or an invoice.


Other than fancy software, what are some of the other ways we try to achieve total customer satisfaction? We know that you only get one chance to make a first impression and we want your first impression of us to be a great one. That is why our technicians dress professionally with their name and logo on their shirts. Also, we do our best to keep our van looking as clean as possible both inside and out. We protect your lawn and gardens from burns by elevating our hot water hose off the ground with Lawn Pik Yard Sticks. One of the more frequent concerns from customers is having their door open for an hour or so during the appointment. We hear your concern and that is why we have added SEAL-A-DOOR to our tool kit! With SEAL-A-DOOR we can route our hoses into your home while minimizing the exposure of your home to the elements. What about those cumbersome vacuum and hot water hoses snaking through your house and around corners? We utilize corner guards to protect your walls and trim from damage due to our hoses. Almost with out fail we are asked at the end of an appointment "Is the carpet OK to walk on?". Wet carpet attracts soil from our shoes better then dry carpet. That's why we carry shoe covers in our van in case we have to walk on the carpet after we finish cleaning and are happy to leave a few pairs behind for our customers. We also carry furniture tabs and styrofoam blocks in the van in case we need to elevate furniture off the carpet while it dries.


We are dedicated to providing our customers with professional level service and are always looking for ways to improve your experience. Even though we do our best to clean carpets and area rugs sometimes the customer may not be satisfied for one reason or another.
